Vanguard Truck Centers would like to thank Sherrell Byrd III for taking one of our 2019 Mack Anthem demo units for a week long test drive.
In addition to driving for United Van Lines agent A-Mrazek Moving & Storage in St. Louis, Sherrell is also an administrator for The Movers Syndicate on Facebook.
The Movers Syndicate has a private group page for drivers in the Moving Industry and has over 10,000 members. The group page can be found here.
After the demo Sherrell stated, “I approached it with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised. It has an mDrive automatic transmission. I loved it.” He also said, “I thought the shifting was much better than any other automatic that I’ve driven. It turns on a dime, and the interior is amazingly quiet at highway speeds.”
Sherrell collaborated with St. Louis Vanguard Truck sales representative Alan Simonson who previously worked as a driver in the moving industry and was a member of the syndicate.
