Work Truck Magazine has named the Isuzu FTR the 2018 Medium-Duty Truck of the Year
The award was presented to representatives from Isuzu Trucks at the Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. According to Work Truck Online, the winner is chosen by professional fleet managers via online ballot. They are asked to consider “which medium-duty truck model best fit their fleet requirements for application effectiveness, durability, quality, servicing, maintenance, and life cycle costs”.
The FTR Class 6 Truck is Isuzu’s newest model in their lineup of low-cab-forward trucks. It features a fuel efficient 5.2 Liter turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with an Allison 6-speed Automatic Transmission. The brand has always provided dependability, durability and low cost of ownership.
